Scholarship Eligibility

General Instructions

Documents Required

All students must regularly check the Student Section Notice Board, WA Group Messages, and the official college website for updates regarding scholarships and freeships.
Backward Category students (SC, ST, VJNT, OBC, SBC) must fill online application at MahaDBT portal and submit hard copy to Student Section after notice display.
All backward category students must open a bank account in a nationalized bank. Account number is compulsory for scholarship/freeship.
Physically Handicapped (Divyang) students should open a bank account in Satara DCC Bank, Miraj Branch.
Minority students (Sikh, Muslim, Jain, Parsi, Bauddha, Christian) must apply online and submit documents after notice display.
Students not eligible for government scholarships can apply for Meritorious Student Scholarship via MSBTE website.
Open category students from Economically Weaker Section (EWS) can avail government schemes: Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Fee Reimbursement, Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Livelihood Allowance.

Students must apply online through MahaDBT portal only.
All uploaded documents must be clear, valid, and self-attested.
Submit hard copy with all documents to Student Section before last date.
Incomplete or late applications will not be processed.
Ensure Aadhaar number is linked with bank account for direct benefit transfer.
Keep a photocopy of all submitted documents.
College is not responsible for delays or rejections due to incomplete/incorrect applications.
All communications will be displayed on Student Section Notice Board.

10	Bank Passbook Copy	Showing account number, IFSC, and student’s name (preferably Bank of Maharashtra, Vidyanagar Branch, Miraj)
11	Aadhaar Card	Must be linked with bank account for Direct Benefit Transfer
12	Bonafide Certificate	Issued by current institution
13	Hostel Certificate	For Study Pay / Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Scheme applicants only
14	Disability Certificate	For physically handicapped (Divyang) students
15	Ration Card	Address and family verification (optional)
16	Declaration / Undertaking Form	As per scheme requirement (downloadable from MahaDBT portal)
17	Self-attested Photograph and Signature	To be uploaded during online form submission
