About the Policy

The Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell) of Shri Ambabai Talim Sanstha’s Sanjay Bhokare Group of Institutes, Miraj is committed to enhancing students’ employability and career prospects through structured training and effective placement support.

This policy defines the framework, responsibilities, and conduct expected from students participating in training and placement activities.

Eligibility

• Only students registered with the Training and Placement Cell are eligible for campus recruitment activities.
• Students must maintain satisfactory attendance, discipline, and academic performance as per institute norms.
• Students must clear all dues before participating in placement drives.
• Backlog (ATKT) students may be permitted to appear only as per company eligibility criteria.

Registration Process

• Students must fill the Placement Registration Form within the specified schedule.
• All details (academic records, contact information, certifications) must be accurate and verifiable.
• Providing false or misleading information will result in permanent disqualification from the placement process.

Placement Process

• The T&P Cell invites companies and coordinates all campus recruitment drives.
• Students must attend Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs), written tests, group discussions, and interviews as per company requirements.
• Formal dress code and professional behavior are mandatory during all placement activities.
• Students must carry college ID and updated resumes for every drive.

Offer and Selection Rules

• A student selected by a company is considered “placed” and may not be allowed to participate in further drives unless approved by the TPO.
• Once a student accepts an offer, he/she must honor the commitment made to the company.
• Students declining confirmed offers or missing scheduled interviews without prior intimation will be debarred from further placements.
• Selected students must submit a copy of their offer letter to the T&P Cell.

Code of Conduct

• Students must display integrity, punctuality, and respect during all training and placement activities.
• Misbehavior, absenteeism, or lack of seriousness during recruitment drives will lead to disciplinary action.
• Students should not directly contact recruiters without permission from the T&P Cell.
• Confidentiality of company information (eligibility, tests, results) must be strictly maintained.

Training Programs

• Participation in Pre-Placement Training is compulsory for all registered students.
• Training covers aptitude, communication, technical, interview, and personality development skills.
• Expert sessions, workshops, and industrial visits are regularly conducted to prepare students for industry expectations.
